Guidelines for case study presenters

Please follow the rules below so that your paper can be included in the Abstract book:

Use font Times New Roman size 12 throughout the text.

The title of the paper is written in Croatian and positioned in the middle of the first row.

The full name of the first author and other authors who participated in preparing the paper is written under the title and centred. The sequence number is written in super script after the surname of the author.

Under that, the name of the practice or institution where the author works is written left aligned, with super script numbers corresponding to those written after the author's surname.

Follows SUMMARY, left aligned, which is followed by a text of about 600 words, containing:

  • Introduction – why you think this case is important, why you have chosen to present it,
  • Case presentation – clinical presentation, medical, social, family history,
  • Examinations and findings – if relevant,
  • Differential diagnoses – if relevant,
  • Treatment – if relevant,
  • Outcome and follow-up,
  • Conclusion.

Sample and methods, Results – Conclusion. If it is a case study: Introduction (and aim), Case presentation, Conclusion. In both up to 6 key words are at the end of the text

Under the Summary, three to five key words (defining what the content is about) are written, separated by commas.

Presenter's name, surname and mailing address (snail mail and e-mail are obligatory) are written at the bottom of the page, aligned left.

The text translated to English is written on the next page, following the same rules.

Summaries not written following the above given rules will not be published in the Abstract book.
